We were woken up by the smoke alarm at 3am and I tried calling the front desk using the hotel phone but could not get through. I finally had to go the front desk, luckily the agent was able to come up to our room and change the battery of the smoke alarm. But it went off again 20 mins later. The agent was kind enough to move us into another room, upgrading us to a river front view. The second night we were woken up by someone trying to open our door which was very disturbing. Not a great experience for our two nights at the hotel.

We had a beautiful corner room on the 3rd floor, so we had the best river view! We enjoyed the staff and all the little touches that made it a terrific stay--nice breakfast, even decent coffee (rare for a free breakfast bar!), and the cookies at night were a terrific surprise. The linens and the bed were supremely comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay!

We loved everything about our stay and I have no reservations about coming back. The location was perfect for visiting family, and beautifully situated near the river. Vinny at check in couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating, giving us a room away from the elevator as requested. Our room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable with dove brand products. The pool and hot tub were a tremendous comfort after a long trip. We didnt try the breakfast but it looked delicious. The fresh ground coffee for every cup was a nice surprise.

Had a great stay. Only thing that went wrong is when I checked in the girl at the front desk was on the phone with someone about a future stay. Instead of putting her on hold while I was waiting to check in, she just continues to try and help this lady. Luckily the manager came out and took over the call or I still might be waiting.
