Our room..207 had a broken chain for locking the door. I let the check in desk know. Was told that the mainenance person wouldn’t be back until Monday. I’m tried to use the broken chain the best I could. However the door frame was not attached to the wall so it didnot do anygood. On Saturday morning I let the morning crew know. Was told the he has his maintenance person coming into and would let him know. Again nothing was done. When I went to bed on Sunday night I locked the door and put the desk chair in fro t of the door. What a shame to have to use a chair to feel some what safe . Nothing was done to fix a situation where kids in the room could get out. When I checked out on Monday morning. I again let the front desk know the issues with this room.

Overall a great experience would recommend staying when needing the rest. The staff is accommodating friendly service with clean grounds. There’s a park that’s walkable, along with grocery near by.

It is very noisy, you can hear everything inside your room that happens next door or in the halls. My neighbor had a young puppy they left and it cried for hours, late in the night, so sad. The halls and doorways could use a fresh coat of paint, looks a bit run down once inside. The room was clean and comfortable.

Upon check in, there was a nowhere priorly advertised $175 incidental deposit. Having stayed at a Quality location in California the previous night, and having no deposit, this was wild. No thank you.

Check in staff seemed to not enjoy her job. I specifically emailed about having our dog with us and paid the pet fee. Our pet was on a leash at all times no signs posted and staff asked me if it was ESA pet. If it was not a ESA pet they were not allowed anywhere in the hotel even on leash I was told. I was told to leave the pool area while my dog sat on her leash under my control. If this is the case then signs need to be posted.
