Beautiful condo with amazing views, clean beach, and wonderful staff. We couldn't ask for more! We would recommend without hesitation and would certainly stay again.

Great place to stay, Great a/c, pool, view, etc

OUr family had a great stay at Nahil. Lots of space, great amenities, and lots of snorkelling. The lagoon was so close, we could walk there and it was fantastic. Turtles were active especially at night. We brought water shoes which are a must. The Nahil condo was excellent.

Akumal dream condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It’s exactly as described in the listing; the pictures were accurate. The location in Akumal is perfect - close though to restaurants and shops to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We loved snorkeling in Half Moon Bay, directly out from the condo and eating dinner at delicious restaurants nearby. We’ll be back!

Quiet paradise

Great complex with friendly staff. Unit 7 is ideal! The quiet, quaint neighborhood of Akumal is just the spot to relax with all amenities within a short distance! Snorkeling out front in half moon bay was fun. The water is super warm. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful view, great location for snorkelling

We stayed here for 5 nights. The property is beautiful. Everything is clean, modern and well maintained. The property managers were very friendly and efficient, and the maid service was impeccable. Location is a quick walk from Yalku lagoon, which is a treat for snorkelling, and Half Moon Bay had some great underwater sights too. Be prepared for the potholes and speedbumps on the road to get to this place, but it's worth every bump along the way!

It is so relaxing to be in this quiet area, so many adventures to do all around it. The condo actually looks better in real life than in the pictures, the rooms are very spacious. This is our third year at Nahil #7 which is a good condo on the third floor. The condo needed some repairs - AC leaking in bathroom and living room, dishwasher didn't work, needs more pots & pans, and elevator didn't work for 70% of time.

The place does need to be refresh a little; the dishwasher was not working and has not been working for months, the closet for the washer/dryer (directly in front of you when you come in) has no door and is an eyesore. The various pieces of arts on the walls is old, weathered and damaged.

Even better than it looks

This is the place to stay. The apartment is even nicer and cleaner than the pictures. The building is very clean. Right in front of the condos was the clearest part of the beach in terms of seaweed just naturally l which was otherwise everywhere. Staff rake the beach several times a day. The daily housekeeping was so nice to have. They provide water but no spices etc so you will need oils and salt pepper etc. The heat and humidity are rough on buildings and that was really hard to tell with the terrific Maintenence. Each bedroom has a beautiful view and it’s own bathroom!

Amazing Vacation

Nahil #7 was truly a beautiful condo that exceeded my families expectations. Super clean unit with amazing views. The great thing about the location is if the dreaded seaweed does hit the area the northern location of this complex seems to get very little accumulating on the beach. One thing that I do have to comment on for the traveler who has never been to Akumal, the people are truly wonderful!!!! We didn't cook once and enjoyed all the local restaurants at very reasonable prices. Tipping goes a long way so don't forget to tip your maid daily and the workers cleaning the condo area and you will be treated extremely nicely and they will go out of their way for you!!! Akumal is very safe, I felt embraced by all the locals and enjoyed my 10 days with just a golf cart and taxis gotten near the arches.

The dishwasher needs to be cleaned in order to clean the dishes, but since the hot water is short, the dishes don't get cleaned.

We stayed with our two adult children and it was great that we all had our own room, bathroom and terrace! It was a bonus to have the apartment cleaned daily, unlimited bottled water and snorkel equipment. You can snorkel right in front of the condo and the ref is beautiful, we even saw a turtle. Great restaurants within walking distance and the Akumal dive shop has terrific excursions; we went on the sunset cruise and swam with the turtles. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Nahil #7 and hope to visit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great spot to enjoy snorkeling away from the crowds. We were looking for an unhurried location and this fit the bill. The grounds are nicely maintained and people were friendly. Condo size was great for a family of five. Hot water was suspect for showers. Sometimes there, sometime not. Dishwasher broken as noted in others reviews. Perhaps just remove ;) good location to soak in the sun if you don’t want to pay resort prices.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my adult daughters to Akumal for a girls trip. The Nahil condo location is great. We stayed in the three bedroom #7. It was very nice. The swimming pool and beach area are wonderful. The staff work very hard to maintain it and it shows. It is not close to the main area of Akumal but there are a few restaurants and a small store within walking distance. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get into town. Although the golf cart was not in great shape, it served its purpose. This will be the place we stay with every trip to Akumal.

Nice Stay

Despite the intermittent access to utilities and the daytime sound of construction the place was weathered but nice. The fact that the elevator didn’t work while the power was off caused us to have to hike up and down the three flight of stairs which caused my spouses hip to flair up in pain from a recent hip replacement. However the lack of access to water the last day of our stay was very disconcerting. We were unable to shower or even wash up and the toilet was gross due to inability to flush. Not the best way to end a stay! Were it not for the inconsistencies it would have probably been a Great stay.

Beautiful view and relaxation!

We loved our time at Nahil. The condo is beautiful and the elevator was a necessity for my mother. The best parts though were the view, the pool and beach access. We could snorkel and use the pool, depending on the moment. Don't fret if you think you are going too far to find it, it is a ways back. Look very carefully on the right as you drive in. If you have not passed the guarded gate, you are not even close yet. The managing staff was very helpful with Netflix and WiFi questions. Both worked very well. Great customer service. Print out there directions and carry them with you. You will need them. Thank you!

Great 3 bedroom condo

The condo is situated pretty far back in the Akumal community, making it feel pretty safe. The view of the ocean is amazing. Everything has been carefully cleaned. We met the cleaning lady, and she was very nice and thorough. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and utinsels. We prepared most of our meals and had all the basics we needed. The bathrooms were very clean the the water was warm. There is a washer/dryer that worked very well; we did a couple of loads of laundry on our last day before we packed all our swimming suits into a locked suitcase. The pool was beautiful and the beach was too. The entry is pretty rocky, so don’t expect smooth white sand as far as the eye can see, but we had no trouble getting the kids in the water. The sargasm washing up on the shore was much less on our beach than some that are further south that we could see from the balcony. We snorkeled and saw a few turtles and a lot of fish. We loved the stay and would like to go back sometime and would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay at Nahil #7. The view is incredible. The condo is amazing and has everything you could need. Life jackets for the kiddos, pack n play was available and set up for us when we arrived, carbon monoxide detector is in the unit for those anxious people like myself. The condos kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for cooking your own meal however the local restaurants are delicious. We had one small issue with the water heater not supplying enough hot water for even a quick shower. I alerted the office and within 2 hours, someone was there and fixed it all while being very respectful and quiet since our little kids were napping at the time. Parking is available right out front, elevator on site. Daily housekeeping is available. Don't miss this place! I would definitely recommend Nahil #7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely 3 bedroom unit with 3 bathrooms. Views are spectacular, the best part. Beds are comfortable, really nice daily maid service, huge white vinyl couch, small bathrooms, nicely outfitted kitchen. Whole unit needs a repaint. Very scuffed walls. Master bathroom ceiling in rough shape. Has had leaks and needs to be completely replaced. We used the two bicycles which are really helpful to get into the village. They are in tough shape as well. Tires flat and we found some maintenance staff to help us inflate tires. Would be helpful if there was info in the room as to which bicycles belong to the unit. Pool area is lovely. Tiny partial sandy area on the beach in front to enter water (very rocky) to access snorkeling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our family had a great stay at Nahil condo # 7. When we first arrived, I felt like the condo needed some updating and small things like the lamps being a bit flimsy or not working or scuffs on the wall were a bit annoying. But the place was very clean and spacious. By day two, none of those small details bothered us at all. The location of the condo was perfect for us. It was so nice to look right out onto the beach and ocean while sitting by the pool. It felt very private and was quiet (even for spring break!)The breeze from the ocean really cooled us down each day and no sargassum in front of this condo. We were able to walk to 1-2 yummy restaurants and to a cenote. We would either bike into town or drove our car (seemed a bit far to walk- but can be done). We were able to experience some amazing snorkeling (even saw a turtle) right from the beach out front of the condo.The staff was very friendly, we had cleaning service every day and we felt safe at all times. I would recommend this place for sure!
