no complaints, served ok as a quick stop overnight. slightly outdated, but was good for the price.

Room is clean and comfy, reception desk was bery friendly

A little over priced. Two different prices staying there within a couple of days apart. The weekend stay was actually cheaper. The room smelled like someone smoked in it even though it was a non-smoking room. The A/C didn't work as well as the first room we had there a couple of days prior.

quick find at a great price. Hotel was clean, check in was quick and easy, staff was very nice for the late arrival. Room was bigger than we expected, so that was nice.

Last minute, needed a nice hotel while moving daughter out of dorm. This is a fairly new hotel, very clean, comfortable and safe, nice staff and pretty good breakfast, almost a new hotel.Would highly recommend, located right off I-20 close to HSU and ACU. Perfect for party of 1-4 people.

Arrived late. Check in easy. Breakfast was very good next morning. Upgraded us to King room from two queens. Would have liked more water pressure and more towels.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had coffee in the room before going down to breakfast.

Check in easy, breakfast yummie, staff friendly... But pillows very lumpy, bathroom not clean, cleaning rags left on counter and floor. Walls dirty with handprints. Ugh...

As always, a nice stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient to my meeting location on Abilene Christian University campus.

WE were in town for a quick trip and this was just the place for us. Friendly desk clerk, quick check in, clean room and fast wifi. We all got a good nights sleep and the breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel was nothing special but it met all of our needs.

Experience was very nice and very affordable. However, my only complaint is that when I presented my credit card, the receptionist asked for an ID and I showed her my military ID card. She told me that she needed to see a driver's license. I asked if she needed info from my driver's license and she said that she did not. She said that she only need to see a government issued ID card. So I educated her that a military ID card is a government ID card. She was unwilling to use my military ID and insisted to see my driver's license. Her tone was a bit stern and not friendly at all. Other than my check-in experience, everything else was very good.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and very friendly. When we first checked in, the room we were given was great... smelled clean, very tidy. As we were unloading, the owner literally skids around the parking lot to where we are parked to tell me that my car was leaking transmission fluid and to get it off of his parking lot and park it in the gravel behind the hotel. We had just driven 100 miles and was not aware there was a problem with my car, so thank you for the info, was it necessary to yell?!?! I am actually a pretty tolerant person and decided to stay in spite of his over the top rudeness as we had my 16 month old grandson who was tired, hungry and cranky and we just wanted to get in the room. Then my son's ex shows up with his daughter (the reason for the hotel stay) and a large dog. Who comes to a hotel for visitation and a swim with a 150 pound dog???? Well then they would not allow the dog (I don't blame them for that) and we were faced with not being able to visit as planned....even though the dog would only be there for a few hours. The wonderful lady at the front desk told us we could pay a pet deposit and we would need to move to another room. This room (#138) absolutely reeked of urine...when asked if we could get another room, we were told dogs were not allowed in the regular rooms.

Checked in quickly by courteous and helpful staff. The room had strange smell and with out close examination what appeared to be pet feces in the corner. We were quickly given another room and sincere apologies. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast in the morning. we would stay here again.

Friendly reception, good breakfeast

This hotel is really clean and updated. Very comfortable room and bed. The staff was excellent. I did have some trouble finding it because the address caused my navigation system to take me where it wasn't. But the staff saved me from driving in circles. The breakfast is nice with lots of choices. I'd stay here again.
