We had late night check in. They were quick and friendly. Room was good size. Bathroom had shower only, which was fine with us. Breakfast area was large and very well stocked. Again Breakfast staff was super friendly and personable. Will keep this one on the short list.
Stayed here for one night recently whilst on a road trip. Plenty of free parking, friendly and efficient reception staff and a well equipped clean and quiet room. A decent breakfast the following morning too. All you need, so thank you.
We stay at Comfort Suites a lot during the year but this one was a disappointment. Yes as per the reviews, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. It was very hot Saturday and all we thought about before arriving was getting in the pool. The pool had algae and lots of dirt and leaves in it. The water was not clear and the pool deck had trash on it. Very upset that we could not swim. The room was clean except for the shower which had something red on the grout! The breakfast was ok. We got down there at 9:00 and they quit serving at 9:30. There were no biscuits left and the waffle mix was too runny. The sausage was sitting in grease. We would not stay at this location again.
Spent the night here after a long day of driving. Arrived late and the everyone was really nice. We let them know that we would be arriving well after check-in time, and they had already met our request for extra pillows! The rooms are spacious with a nice sitting area between the bathroom and beds. The main living area was really clean; the bathroom was passably so. Pros: Very comfortable beds, spacious, COLD a/c, fridge, microwave, coffee area, and free breakfast, and close to mall, restaurants, and fuel stations. Also, the bedside lamps had these cool little, extendable, mini-lights for reading without disturbing those who are sleeping. Wish all hotels had these!! :) Cons: Bathroom needs some updating and MUCH better lighting. In spite of all the light options in the room, there wasn't anywhere to do my makeup, comfortably.
The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice. The location is near good restaurants, This was our second time at this location and we have enjoyed this facility both times. We will be returning customers!
This motel is very clean, staff was friendly, bed was really comfortable, and they serve a good breakfast. I would happily stay again! The only trick for me was figuring out how to get there. They are also just across the freeway (with easy access) to The Olive Garden restaurant, so that was a nice surprise.
We traveled to this hotel 2 days ago. Reached past midnight. The room door was open when we came up to our room, making us wonder if we were given some one else's room. Bed was stripped. Dirty linen was on the floor. Trash was in the bathroom. The table in the room had food spills from the last guest. The front desk woman refused to provide linen, make the bed, take away dirty linen. She said "come take what you need and make your own bed".I insisted she do the needful to clean and make up the room. She refused. Refused to connect me to the manager and said if I. " Do not like what I am telling you, you can check out". At 1 a.m and with children in tow,,, we were asked to check out by the monstrosity at the front desk who wanted to sleep. She refused to connect me to the manager on duty. Some other guest in the hallway heard and provided some sheets from their room. The extra sheet bag in our room had lots of pillows, no sheet. Used lotion tubes in the bath room. Unfortunately it was late at night. The other guest and helped me make bed so children could sleep. The other guest also mentioned their cleaning crew and front desk staff were the worse they had seen. For comfort suites this hotel was way over priced. Like the other guest said you get what you pay for. here I felt we were cheated on by the shoddy hotel staff in ways more than one.
Got into the room and had to wait on maintenance to get the air conditioner to work. The desk clerk didn't know how. Had kids running around in halls and above. Went to go swimming with the grandkids, got them dressed and floaties on and all sunscreen put on just to find out they weren't going to open it till May. That really didn't impressed us! Website says seasonal. Also tub and sink had hair left in there along with a little black bug on a pillow. No way to cancel and not lose all we paid.
Brought in my service dog and had to prove she was a registered service dog with paperwork or she said she could not stay. ADA policy states documentation may not be required as a condition for providing service to an individual accompanied by a service animal. You may not insist on proof of state certification before permitting the service animal to accompany the person with a disability. Otherwise it was a nice room.
Clean, comfortable, newish, well-decorated, fairly quiet. Friendly staff. Welcoming and quick to fix any issues. We would stay here again. That's saying a lot for us, because we are pretty picky. If I had to pick apart any problems, they would be as follows: Tv was fairly small. Wifi was very, very slow even with our high speed computers. Almost could not connect to download on kindle in middle of night when nobody could have been on it, really. Breakfast was meh. Staff was friendly, and room was clean. It was the typical powdered eggs thing. Sausage served but no biscuits. No cheese. Really, the usual choices for this level of hotel. The coffee at breakfast was subpar. Seemed to be instant. No fresh cream. Coffee connoisseurs beware. Had to go to first floor for ice, but quick elevator. AC in our room was broken when we first arrived. Instantly, staff (which had already greeted us on our way in) came to look at it. They were completely accommodating about swapping us to another room.
