Room was good, had a mini living room and fridge, but caulking in shower was bad and no mini shampoo so I had to clean hair with the one bar of soap they gave. Breakfast was also mediocre and ended at 9:30 so don’t sleep on or you go hungry.

We stayed at this hotel one night. The rooms were very updated and clean. the breakfast was a hot breakfast. Good location and good for groups or large families. The front desk person in the morning was friend and helpful

Nice clean modest hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast selection was great and Donna the breakfast support staff went above and beyond! Its staff members like this that can really make your stay exceptional. We will definitely be back next time we are in town overnight.

Quick easy check in, large clean room, the best breakfast of this trip. The breakfast lady greets everyone and keeps the tables and floor spotless. They have a nice food selection that is refreshed often. This location is convenient to everything we wanted.

This used to be one of our favorite motels. We are through Abilene once or twice a year and preferred to stay at this one. We are Choice Privilege Members and always stay at one of the chain motels. The exterior, entrance, lobby, and dining area are always clean. Our room on the other hand, not so much. We booked a suite again and stayed in the very same room as our last visit. The room had a musty smell upon arrival. The a/c unit has what looks like mold in the grates. The filters were clean. The room was dusty and there were cobwebs on the lamps, curtains, and ceilings. The bed skirts had what looked like stains on one bed and the sheets on the other looked like they hadn't been changed. There was a 10-12" streak of what looked like makeup on one of the bed sheets. The balcony door was opened and as I walked between the desk and table, the sub-floor felt like it was going to give way. I am not for sure if there was a flood or something in the room, but it felt like the floor was going to give way. You could definitely feel a soft spot under the carpet. My main concern is the slippery bath tub. Our last visit, I slipped and fell in the tub. I ended up in the E.R. with a severely bruised hip and tail bone. I said something to the front desk and also previously reviewed the motel, but nothing had been done. We made our way out to eat and to a local store to buy a bath mat. There needs to be some kind of non-slip grip tape put in the tubs before someone is seriously injured in a fall. Probably won't ever return to this location. We've stayed at a few other locations in Abilene that seemed to be better.

We had a nice large room with a seating area and two beds. Beds were comfy, linens and pillows were great. There was a fridge to keep items cold and a microwave. Everything was clean and the coffee in the lobby was great in the mornings. This location was convenient. If I had to criticize one thing, the lighting in the bathroom is terrible for applying makeup. There’s plenty of bathroom counter space, but the lighting was so dim. It was also a little noisy. We would definitely stay there again.

I am very pleased with Comfort Suites Abilene, I stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is clean, it offers great parking and free wifi. The room was extremely spacious. On a negative note, the gym equipment will need a revamp. Everything was broken. + spacious rooms + parking + good location + free wifi +clean + laundry on site - breakfast was mediocre - the staff at reception did not greet us most of the time, disappointing!

We have stayed here before. Busy hotel. Front desk staff always friendly and efficient. Room was clean and roomy. Plenty of pillows and clean, large towels. Shower worked great- plenty of hot water for all. AC -super efficient system that was also quiet. Items left overnight in our mini-fridge actually froze, so watch out if you are trying to save something delicate to deliver to your college kid. 😉 We entered and exited through a side door all weekend, and there was trash (to-go containers sitting on top of bushes and cups littered about the grounds) outside that entrance the entire time. The staff was above and beyond professional and kind. In fact, I went down to grab coffee on my way out clearly "after hours" for breakfast, yet a family was finishing its meal without being rushed out and the lady serving that hour even asked me if I had had an opportunity to eat. I didn't need food, but I thought that was extraordinarily kind and considerate. I appreciated her heart of service toward others. We will stay again.

We had late night check in. They were quick and friendly. Room was good size. Bathroom had shower only, which was fine with us. Breakfast area was large and very well stocked. Again Breakfast staff was super friendly and personable. Will keep this one on the short list.

Stayed here for one night recently whilst on a road trip. Plenty of free parking, friendly and efficient reception staff and a well equipped clean and quiet room. A decent breakfast the following morning too. All you need, so thank you.
