This was the most horrendous hotel that I can remember. Upon entering the room, the floor was covered in dead roaches. Went into the restroom and discovered a booger that was wiped on the wall. After leaving the restroom I noticed that not all of the roaches were dead. Not wanting to discover or possibly take home anymore surprises, I grabbed my stuff and left. Since I got in late, I couldn't find another hotel with vacancies. I ended up sleeping in my car and I'm happy I did. This was one of those hotels where you know you're screwed the second you pull into the parking lot.

The room we stayed in on the second floor had so subfloor??? So the floor was soft with little support and the bed and bath were clearly sloped downward, making it feel like we would fall through the roof. So sketchy. No hot water. Everything was dirty and the "free breakfast" thing is cereal out of a dispenser lol. Rooms were clearly AI-ed to look better. Paid 200$ for a room in a crack house haha.

The pictures of the entire location are misleading. Nothing on the lobby was as represented. No breakfast(other than fruit loops..and some not good looking waffle batter). No coffee lids or sleeves for a to go cup.. No fruit,donuts.muffins or yogurt to choose from. Had to switch rooms bc the a/c was making a racket. The replacement room was extremely dated..and “in my opinion”..not what i was paying for. Extremely disappointed in what i got. Could easily have stayed on the other side of the road in a nicer spot. Wish o knew how badly it was being misrepresented.

I would say that the hotel was.way over priced but as i found out all of the hotels in thatbarea and so high because of the heavy construction of data centers and other things in the area. Unfortunately most hotels are not using the extra revenue to better or improve the locations to be worth the prices.

Upon arrival, the ice machine was not producing any ice. The room was not clean - cobwebs around door frames, the toilet had not been cleaned (bowl was dirty and there were stains of hair), the bathtub had accumulated dirt which would not drain out, television did not work. Staff offered to switch to an alternate room, which was in even worse condition. I will never stay in a Super 8 again. The company charges royalties from the property but does not appear to enforce minimal standards. Stay away from this property and consider staying away from Super 8.
