Nice clean room with a comfortable bed and great pillows! Gym was pretty nice for a hotel gym. The bar with a nice outdoor fire pit was a pretty cool spot to hangout after a long day. There is also a mall, restaurants, and pharmacy all in walking distance for any last minute forgotten items. Staff was very professional and pleasant as well.

Our trip on a busy weekend night while the hotel lobby is under construction did not impede the amazing staff from doing their best to make us feel welcome and right at home. We arrived late so having a ready room for weary travelers to rest was of vital importance. The room was clean with the choice of pillow firmness on each bed and enough towels so we did not have to ask for more. The food was great from the still stocked and delicious cookies in the lobby to the ample breakfast buffet with an outstanding wait staff. The hotel seems to be under renovation which will bring it to Hilton standard of refinement but the service more than made up for the construction tape. We were concerned there would be noise because there was a wedding, tennis team, and track team staying that night and there was a lot of activity going on even after midnight when we arrived. The noise was no problem at all, however. We had a great experience.

Have stayed in several hotels in Abilene over the years and this is probably my favorite. Very comfortable room. A little bit of noise from froom above and in hall way. Good breakfast, we did the B&B option. Friendly checkin upon arrival. Would stay again for sure.

First I would like to say the breakfast staff is super friendly. Soon as I approached they acknowledged me and cooked me a omelet how I liked it. Breakfast buffet was $8.50 and worth it. Reason I rated this hotel a 2 was because the housecleaning staff did a poor job. I dropped something on the floor between the bed and nightstand and noticed food or something. What’s really bad is the mold in the shower. I can’t get past the mold, gross. Lot of mold in shower.

My wife and I stayed here Febuary 9th 2018 with my son John and wife Chelsea and thei son Tyler while traveling to Carlsbad Cavern in New Mexico. The service was wonderful and the rooms had sound insulation in the walls so there was no noisy rooms near us. Room service was prompt and the ribeye steaks were mouth watering. Well actually, ALL the food was great. The hotel has a bar in the lobby as well as a restaurant and beer & wine by the front desk. You can also opt for free Nestle bottled water if you like, all from a big ole' cooler. Our room was 179.00 a night and our small service dog was happily welcome with no extra charge. All rooms have 4 k smart big screen t.v's. Microwave, fridge, massive bathroom with real ease of access if your disabled in a wheel chair. The walkin shower is approximately 9' x10', no kidding. The bathroom is 15'x 20', give or take a foot. Folks, this is a first class hotel.

Have stayed in Abilene 10 times now but first trip to Hilton Garden Inn. It is by far the nicest hotel in Abilene. In addition, the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Abilene.

I get to go to Abilene once a year and I tried to stay at this hotel. It is centrally located to most of town and the wait staff at breakfast are excellent. The facilities have everything I need and the beds are comfortable!

From check-in to check-out everything went great. The room was very nice and clean. Bed slept well and breakfast was excellent. The location is in a nice area and not too far from anything in town. I highly recommend.

We stayed her about 2 1/2 years ago and it was much nicer. Beds were comfortable, staff very friendly. Found a cleaning rag on the floor, bathrooms could us some grout work and floor was very creaky - just things some regular maintenance work could fix. Ok for a weekend stay to see family

This hotel has some serious staff performance issues. I am a Diamond member and called ahead to ensure I got the appropriate room for my service dog and I. I did not get the room we discussed and I was sent to three rooms before I found one that was somewhat acceptable. The staff did not know which rooms had bathtubs! Then someone violated my DND sign and entered my room to deliver a package. Dirty utensils were present near the elevator for three days until I reported it. I reported all the issues to the general manager who gave me some points for my trouble. But then my stay was not entered into the reservation system and I did not receive my regular stay points. I wasted a lot of time trying to get those points. The only strong point is the extremely attentive and cheerful waitress at the breakfast hour. I will not return to this property.
