Great facility, and a friendly, attentive staff. All good!

We had two rooms for my family while attending my daughter's graduation from ACU. While this is not a four star hotel, the atmosphere and staff made it seem like it could have been. The staff was friendly and helpful. The furnishings in the breakfast area were above average. The actual breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. They provided little extras like yogurt toppings and whipped cream for French toast that provided a special touch. They also provided lemonade and cookies all day, which made for a special treat for tired travelers when checking into the hotel.

Friendly reception that went above and beyond when a power outage happened. Apparently a car hit a power line down the road and the power was out for 3 hours. The staff did their best to keep the hallways and stairwells lit as the emergency lights went dim. They provided drinks to everyone and batteries for our flashlights as night arrived. Chris was checking on every guest going room to room. Their hard work meant a lot. There is a gas station next door and a Dennys across the street. The highway is just over a block away also but you can't hear the traffic so that's nice. It's a good spot. I didn't check out the pool or hot tub since it rained the entire time but it looks basic yet clean.

This hotel is near ACU, near several shops and restaurants. There's a Denny's right next door and there are lots of dining options (Chick-Fil-A, Chili's, Jason's Deli, etc nearby, although these are probably not accessible by foot). The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and looks rather new. The breakfast had the usual pastries, coffee, juice, etc. But there were also hot items like bacon, individual pre-made omelets, etc. If you are avoiding gluten or dairy, however, your options are limited. But for the majority of diners, the choices were more than adequate. The room was nicely appointed. I appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water; it was a simple touch that was nice. My only slightly negative feedback would be that the bed did seem to have a bit of "wear" and sag on the side nearest the bathroom. It wasn't a problem for me; I just slept on the other side. But if there were two in the room, one would end up sleeping on a more worn side. Very good experience overall. I'd go back.

The facility and our room were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The stay was a positive experience!

Room had someone's hair on it with Burs from the outside. TP was down to one roll and empty was still on there. Pool had green bottom and the hot ti reeked of urine. Staff was great and very helpful which is the reason for the 3 stars.

very nice and we had a very comfy stay. front desk was very nice and even upgraded us free to a spa room...sweet!!!

I stayed at the Hotel for three nights (Thursday – Sunday). I was in town for business and was in an out of the hotel on Friday and Saturday. The hotel and hotel room were very clean. The service was great! This was the second time that I have stayed at the hotel. I will stay there agai

This was an overnight stay on a long trip. Service was great, breakfast was fine, and our stay prepared us for the next day's trip.

We were in Abilene for a high school football play-off game so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable and the meal was good.

really nice motel, upscale, very clean, good free breakfast, comfy beds, beutiful rooms.

I have absolutely no complaints with the hotel. [...]

Right up the road from this hotel is a Walmart and a Chili's restaurant, both are good things to have easy access to when traveling. The hotel itself was nice, I have no complaints.
