Pros - good customer service, although a hot breakfast was unavailable due to COVID-19 our family was grateful to still be able to grab packaged food items, clean room, easy check in and check out, pet friendly Cons - please fix the toilet seat in room 120 and replace the shower curtain Overall, we had a good night's sleep and thankful to the management and staff for providing professional and outstanding services during this time of uncertainty.

Hotel was fine. Nothing fancy. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just so-so for hotel breakfast.

Great location, hallways were hot and ice machine didn’t work on my floor.

My biggest issue was that I arrived around 3:30pm to check in after a long 3 1/2 hour drive. When I checked in, I was informed that my room had not been cleaned yet. I asked to confirm that 3:00pm was in fact the check in time and the front desk worker said, "Yes." Okayyyyy.....I then asked why my room was not ready yet and she responded that they were short handed on cleaners. She seemed very apathetic about it all and didn't offer me anything other than "It's not ready you have to come back." To me that should not make a difference if you are shorthanded. You have an agreement with me as a guest that the room will be ready at 3:00pm - the room should be cleaned and ready for guests who are checking in. After a long drive I had to get back in my car and waste 30-40 minutes until it was cleaned and ready. Not a good first impression...I probably won't stay there again. There are other good options in Abilene.

The room looked decent when I walked in. Once I stepped into the restroom there was a dirty q-tip under the sink. My towels had black marks on two of them and so did my pillows. My comfort had a couple of white spots and I the runner on the bed looked like it had blood stains. I requested for new sheets aND striped my bed. I did not want to request a new room since I stayed for only one night. When I took a shower the water pressure was so low that I felt like I was taking a shower in the sink. I will not be staying in this hotel again!

Thought I was in the wrong hotel, like maybe the Carlton or Hilton. This place is done nicely, the staff are great and the food for breakfast was fantastic. The bathroom has nice tile in the shower, really nice. Great job Sleep Inn. I'll be staying at your hotels from now on.

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were nice and big and updated. The only problem I noticed was there were a few stains on the comforter and the sheets ....

Stayed in a King suite with pullout sofa. Went to make sofa up and no sheets/blanket in room as there often is. Called front desk to let them know and were told to come get them. Although a minor inconvenience to do so, most places we stay would send them up. I went to front desk and received sheet and blanket. No pillow and when I asked they said they were out. Used one for our 10 year from our bed, again, minor inconvenience. Son slept on bed and it was a MOST uncomfortable night with metal frame and little padding. Overall ok place, clean and safe which is the bottom line. Need to refine a few things to make it worth price however.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to stay an extra 2 nights because of bad weather and the staff could not do enough for us. We were traveling with pets which can make it more stressful but everyone had a good time.

We came to town for ACU's homecoming, so we really only slept at the hotel, as we had lots of activities during our time there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice, and the breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. It was a super quick drive to campus, too. Overall, a really good stay. Only downsides: the walls are kind of thin, so we heard quite a bit of hallway noise, and there is only one elevator, so getting up and down wasn't always speedy. We would definitely stay there again though.

We went there for a family reunion. We had everything that we needed. The reunion was at another location. Having breakfast made it a lot easier for us. The room was very comfortable and nice to come home to. I have stayed in other hotels that were nicer, but this hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was cool and made it nice on such hot days. We will consider this hotel again when we go for another trip that requires a place to sleep.

We were there for a family reunion. The hotel was decent, however our room was disgusting!!!! The fridge hadn't been cleaned and when we took out the sofa bed a condom came flying out!!!!! Since most hotels were booked we weren't able to find a different suite in the area and the front desk asked me to pick up the USED CONDOM with a napkin instead of having housekeeping come and actually clean the room!!! NEVER will I stay or recommend this hotel!!!

dirty room, no pressure shower!
