Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with, though we did regularly encounter one desk agent who went out of her way to be unhelpful with each request (ie, denying a request for softer pillows even though the housekeeping staff was more than happy to get them for us). Very nice hotel. The breakfast included was fabulous! The only downside is the parking situation. On site was full and we had to walk to a different spot.

This hotel is close enough to all the local action, but on a side street so that it is quiet. I could see the St. Canice's church from my window. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
