Right downtown, easy to walk to everything. Staff helpful, adequate breakfast.

Very friendly welcoming staff...willing to help with recomendations and find answers to questions, good breakfast, quiet, comfortable rooms. Provided breakfast and coffee to my family members leaving super early!

SPECTACULAR CITY HAS THE PEMBROKE HOTEL AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE CASTLE.AND IN THE CITY CENTER, GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF. GOOD BREAKFAST. HAS ITS OWN CAR PARK.

Front desk staff is super helpful. Fruit infused water by the door. Secure parking on premise.

Trip Advisor ratings show the Pembroke at #2 in Kilkenny, but I can't imagine that there is a better place in town. The hotel is in the center of town, surrounded by historic sites and many restaurant choices. our reception was efficient and we were greeted warmly. The room has all deluxe furnishings, spotlessly clean, even had a Nespresso machine.

Modern and spacious. Awesome staff. Great location.

Somewhat difficult to find in city center Kilkenny and had to park in a secure lot offsite. Other than that the hotel was pretty great with a very friendly and helpful reception staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, nice Irish breakfast included. Very clean, quiet and large bathroom!

This hotel was really lovely. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, had one of the largest bathrooms we'd seen during our stay in Ireland (and a tub!), and the staff were very helpful. In spite of being in the city, it was quiet. There was plenty of free parking around back. The location is great for walking to shops and all manner of pubs and restaurants. Plus, breakfast is included. All in all, great value for a great location, and the hotel is lovely to boot.

We drove by the hotel once or twice before locating it and parked on the street before checking in as we did not see the driveway for their lot. The parking lot was very tight but there were open spots even with the hotel being full. It seemed safe also as it was secluded behind the hotel and other buildings. The woman at check in was very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and knew finding dinner would be difficult. We asked her for recommendation and she told us about one of her favorite spots. Then she called to make sure they were still serving and told the staff we were on our way. The room was nice and we had a pretty good view of Kilkenny Castle out our window. Everything in the hotel felt very clean and well kept. There was a bar and restuarant in the hotel which seemed nice though we did not go there. The bar was open until 3am. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Location was good. It was on the edge of the nightlife scene so it wasn't loud or rowdy right outside which was good. Right around the corner from the castle. Everything in Kilkenny was just a short-medium walk away. Overall very happy this this hotel choice.

Friendly staff. Good location. Would stay there again.

Loved this hotel - great location, spotless, and still like new.

Great location within walking distance to the Castle, lots of cute shops and great pubs. Excellent service from the staff, great Irish breakfast included.

We really liked the location and parking was close. the room was very nice and plenty clean. Just be sure to bring a hairdryer!

A nice clean option right near the Castle and many restaurants and pubs. The hotel is trying very hard to be swank, and failing in my opinion, but offer clean and spacious rooms. The included breakfast was pretty good as well.
