The hottub was not working. I think they should disclose that when booking. Also there was not enough toilet paper in the room.

This hotel was a wonderful experience. I did not like the long walk from the parking lot and there are no staff assigned to assist with backage from the self parking lot with felt like a 30 min walk.

Room was pretty clean. Hair on bathroom floor that wasn’t ours on arrival.
Staff were nice. They didn’t explain clearly where to park so we just needed to ask for an address.
Did not get daily service to freshen up room. When I called they says I requested not to have it. But, I did not do that. They did then bring more towels and empty trash but left the extra dirty towels in room. Not a big deal but not ideal.
Room was hot. Even with the temperature turned down it stayed hot. Might have partly been from the sun shine. View was great and so was location.

Overall, it’s like a nice Haven in the center of what I would consider be the most tacky town in Canada. The staff were extremely nice. The rooms were large and it was convenient to walk to the Falls.

I didn't like the AC, plumbing systems and having guests makes a lot of noise. The room we started to stay had water leak from the wall, so we changed the room. However, the new room was smaller size than the first one. Reception told that except the first one all rooms are same size and if I am not happy with new room size, I need to pay extra for a bigger room. We were not happy with this change due to something out of our control.

very expensive. i booked with orbitz the cost of the room but when i got there, and it was noted to me via email beforehand, resort fee (for who knows what- it was winter), parking fee, and pet fee per night. mind you, the hotel is close to the sky tower but away from the strip of other nightlife. for my dog, i wasnt shown a place to throw poop receptacle, totaling fees to $308. my hotel was $331
