Excellent breakfast buffet and the hotel staff was very attentive to our needs.

Convenient location for going/returning from the Sydney New years eve fireworks cruise at King St wharf. Very spacious room albeit expensive. staff efficient, friendly. delightful checkin.

Absolutely loved our time at Palazzo Versace, from the friendly staff, beautiful decor, comfortable bed, delicious food and good range of activities, the high tea and the luxury soaks are a must! and as an extra bonus my partner said it was the best wheelchair friendly room he’s ever stayed at. Cannot wait to be back!

Very nice! Close to everything so we could walk To shops / restaurants. Comfy bed, great views, friendly staff & overall a great place.

This hotel advertises a resort feel, the pool at was not open and numerous guest complained about the lack of pool service. To get a drink you had to walk all the way to the internal restarting which is not ideal in your bikinis when guests are enjoying a champagne lunch inside. Waited 10mins to order to cold drinks and 2 coffees. The coffee was undrinkable. I asked for a refund or replacement coffee. The second round of coffee also u drinkable but we coped it in the chin this time, knowing no to order another one. Failing to be able to order anything for lunch except a very small option of tapas items...fish tacos, or polenta chips, we had to miss lunch. No cocktails were available either by the pool. At $20 a pop, we would of had 2 each just to enjoy the experience by the pool. The resort not only missed $80 in cocktail sales, but also missed our lunch order. We had booked for a romantic dinner at Fireside however due to not being able to order lunch we cancelled the booking and were forced to eat in the Village earlier as we were starving. The resort missed a $300 early dinner. Numerous other guests also mentioned they would be dining offsite due to the inability to get any service throughout the day. The resort needs more attention to detail. If advertising a resort stay, you want to feel a little treated. Having travelled all over the world, I was shocked at the lack of service at this resort. Disappointing experience, will not recommend to anyone unfortunately.

We were visiting from the USA and had rented a car to travel from Sydney and then went to Blue Mountains afterward. The kids thoroughly loved the pool area and could have stayed there all day. We all loved to see a kangaroo on the property in the evening. The room was great and I enjoyed the gym. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive but great quality. I'd highly recommend this to families and others.
