Staff were all very helpful, I had an issue with the Spa in my room, and they offered to let me use the site spa even though it had closed for the night. One of the staff who was not an expert on spas took some time to troubleshoot the spa in my room to get it working.

We were a little disappointed from the 2 Double beds Pyrmont view room. We would have expected more from a four star hotel. The airfilter system were really bad and smelly. The room for a family of four is not very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job!
