It was a cool spot and AC worked great. Only thing I booked a balcony with a room on Orbitz but went I got there they didn’t have any available.

The first room we were given had a horrible smell but they were very accommodating to get us another room which was good. Service was not as on top of things as in the past. Appeared to be understaffed. Ordered items at meals that just never came. Had a difficult time getting into restaurants for dinner and when we were finally seated they were out of some foods. This should not be happening.

The staff and service at Casa Velas was exceptional! The food was incredible, the live entertainment was very good, and the housekeeping service was extraordinary!

Clean rooms ,the staff is amazing nice and clean pools !this was our second time staying at sunset with my wife and 3 kids and we loved this place ! Can't wait to go back .
