Overall we enjoyed our stay. This was my 4th all inclusive resort I’ve stayed at, and I will say that the staff were the least friendly at this one. I would almost feel guilty asking them for something. This was also the first time I’ve had to sign a check every time I ordered anything even just a bottle of water, and often was sitting there for a long time waiting for it. We had a 10 and 7 year old with us and they loved the pools and the kids activities. Beach is nice, but lots of people trying to sell you things. We did see whales almost everyday right from the beach, which was amazing! Food was okay, but be prepared to wait a long time at dinner, at least we did every time we didn’t do the buffet.

We have been there many times and intend to go again. Great people, food, drink. and lots to do. Will be back again sooner than later.

GB is a great place to vacation. Food & drinks are great. Pool & bar service are exceptional.

Room was average..ok for 1 night only. Very convenient location to beach,shops and restaurants.

Staff was kind and very helpful

The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The pool was refreshing and clean. The food was limited for our vegan diets and we found the snack bar to have the best lunch options for us. Only one of the two elevators in our tower worked at a time. A decent resort and if you come here get a tour with Jack Sparrow!

It was a cool spot and AC worked great. Only thing I booked a balcony with a room on Orbitz but went I got there they didn’t have any available.
