Seats on Alaskan airlines way to small No support on back of thieghs. Extremely uncomfortable. I’m average size person (5’7’. 140 lbs.).

Dec 31, 2019

No power in the economy seats is my constant disappointment

Jan 28, 2019

Being asked to store my overhead bag under my seat when I’ve paid for luggage is unacceptable. This needs to be revisited. Guests are bringing on large luggage to avoid charges . Those of us who paid need to be accommodated. Thanks

Dec 23, 2018

I do think the seat I was sitting in had been vomited in and not cleaned thoroughly at some point in time.

Dec 19, 2018

United has exceeded my expectations and am so happy

Nov 19, 2018

Economy tickets are a racket. With the extra fees for baggage, and 'left over' seating, it is really not a deal.

Sep 29, 2018

Didn’t have an 8 hour delay like on the way out

Aug 27, 2018

Recharging outlets would have been helpful
