Plane leaving Rapid was very small and warm. Seats very comfortable in plane from Salt Lake to Seattle.. New plane, very nice. Seats on flight into Juneau were very uncomfortably in my opinion. All staff was very helpful. Unloading at Seattle was very slow for some reason. Would have been hard to make a connecting flight with half hour leeway. A little disappointed that we unloaded on tarmac at Salt Lake. Noticed several passengers were having difficulty walking into terminal. Maybe a few chairs along the way so they could stop and rest. Overall very happy with Delta flights. Very, very helpful at Rapid with check-in . Changed my seat selections to all window seats without me having to ask. Great personality!! Seemed like she really enjoyed her job. Wish I would of noticed her name.
