I was very disappointed and extremely frustratef with the American Airlines staff at DFW. I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and I got confused when I came off the planee. (I do not fly frequently) and went to B4 for my luggage. . AA Staff told me I went the wrong way and had to walk outside all the way to B30 in the dark. I explained my health issues and that walking long distances is very hard for me and can cause some physically harmful.effects. I asked if there was anyway to get a ride or assistance to B30 and they said "no you need to walk there outside of the airport" and then ignored me. They offered no assistance what so ever. I was physically exhausted, scared, and the long walk caused me to have sone painful and physical issues. Once I got to my hotel and I was able to lay down to relax I was thrown into a physical flare that caused me issues and it made it very difficult and painful to get around and up out of bed later that night and in the morning. I do not ask for special accomdations unless I am truly in need of help, but I felt embarrased and was made to feel like I was a burden to staff for even asking and then I was dismissed like I was an annoyance.
