When you fly into Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) you will be approximately 5 miles northwest of Springfield, Missouri. This transport hub has a non-stop service to 11 U.S cities and has excellent facilities as well as easy access parking.
Missouri has a number of great cities and attractions for tourists to visit, such as taking a day trip to St Louis to see the awesome Gateway Arch on the riverfront in downtown St Louis, which is the nation s tallest monument, standing at an impressive 630 feet.
The Gateway Arch is part of the Jefferson Expansion Memorial Park, a 91-acre park that is also home to the oldest buildings in the city, such as the Old Courthouse and the Museum of Westward Expansion is certainly worth a few hours of your time.
Branson is in southwest Missouri and the Strip is alive with country music all day and most of the night. If you base yourself here you can find easy access to nearby Arkansas as well as the beautiful Table Rock Lake and the Silver Dollar Theme Park.
Missouri has some fantastic eateries, including Missouri Hick Bar-B-Q, which offers top notch pulled pork and Bambinos Cafe is hard to beat as far as atmosphere and service are concerned.
