Clean and well cared for property. There was low occupancy and I asked for a lake view room and was denied. I thought that was unnecessary. I got an excuse about my reservation (via Orbitz) not having been paid for by Orbitz yet. Since I had no control over that I thought it was a very poor excuse. It's the reason I didn't rate the staff "Excellent". Thank you for the survey. Peter M.
