Great flight and service

Apr 27, 2018

I didn't like the fact that I didn't get to pick my seat location when booking and then when I was assigned a seat and tried to change online I was not allowed to do so. I did get changed at gate but all d cent seats were taken by then.

Apr 18, 2018

The seat I received at the last minute was by a window. My feet were frigid no matter how I moved or covered them. Could you not turn up the heat a bit?
