Had a disruptive passenger on flight from ORD to DSM. Staff handled it smoothly

Jun 15, 2019

I am not a big person- 5’8” 140lbs- and I sat in economy in a very thin uncomfortable seat with no leg room.

Dec 27, 2018

Early flight arrival

Oct 3, 2018

I had paid a checked charge when I booked, but they had no info on that. Fix that.

THANK YOU TO THE FREINDLY SKIES

Jul 19, 2018

On our flight from BTV to ORD my husband was in one of the single window seats. He is a larger man and we were wondering why there is an armrest against the wall. Not having it there would make the seat significantly more comfortable for a large person.

Apr 3, 2018

Great service I how the return is as trouble free.

Mar 23, 2018

Back seat too tight!
