Great location to many restaurants and proximity in town. Nice staff, very friendly Cleaning staff very sweet. Unfortunately no washcloths or hand towels provided. A/C had issues would shut off for hours at a time, happened on 3 different days that I was there.

The rooms were really nice and fancy. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were really friendly! Will book again sometime in the future.

HOTEL IS LOCATED IN ONE THE BEST AREAS IN MEXICO CITY. YOU FEEL SECURE AND YOU CAN WALK TO MALLS AND VERY FINE RESTAURANTS. IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY AND BE TREATED AS ROYALTY, YOU HAVE TO STAY AT THE MARQUIS DE LA REFORMA.
