It was fine

Delayed flight

Jul 3, 2019

Plane was loud when flight took off.

Oct 19, 2018

There were a few last minute gate changes that caused a slight delay. Complementary on board snacks could have had more variety for those w/gluten issues. Friendly, helpful attendants were a plus.

Oct 2, 2018

Numerous open seats on the leg of this trip. My ticket was still Boarding group D and I was charged $30.00 for my carry on. This is ridiculous and quite the scam.

I wish I could have checked more items Frontier is definitely a budget airline which charges for everything!!!

Jul 5, 2018

For a 2 hr flight and no free drink, seriously? That makes no sense.

WiFi was not available

May 18, 2018

I was really happy that they were able to transfer my bag in time. I had two separate itineraries. I thought I would carry on my bag on the first flight, but when they asked for volunteers to check their bags, I did. Our flight was late making it impossible for me to go to baggage claim and retrieve my bag. The gate agent was so nice to have my bag transferred for me and everyone followed through. I was so pleased when my bag arrived at the carousel. Thank you very much!

WiFi was terrible. Having to check carry-on luggage at gate & then stand in the jetway freezing for 10-15!min to get it was awful. Everything else was pleasant.
