I kept seeing "first checked bag free" but I had only 1 checked bag and I paid for it both ways??

Jul 8, 2018

We had the comfort + seats with Delta and it was great! The bonus leg space was so nice to have. Every seat had a monitor with movies, television & music for entertainment and it made the flight so nice since everyone could pick what they wanted to watch instead of just having the same thing showing for everyone. I didn't even know that was a thing going into the flight or if it's unique to Delta but I would totally fly Delta again just because of that. We traveled with two elderly people and Delta made it easy to get wheelchairs for us to transport them around the airport, to and from the gate. They assisted them all the way to their seat and it was very helpful for us.

Bags came out on the wrong baggage carousel but not sure if that was the airline’s fault.
