Blinds, microwave and fridge smelled and seemed dirty. We found cockroaches everyday of our stay, the bathroom pipes made noise all night and had to close the door to limit it. Extra toilet paper was not provided.

The property and rooms need some love. The carpet looks dirty, the bathrooms need a touch up all around (shower head had heavy calcium deposits, shower wall liner had visible tears, tile grout looks grimy). The laundry room - the washer looks like no one has cleaned it since they were installed. The software used requires you to fund your "account" and your choices are $10, $25, $50 - each wash or dryer use is $4 so you'll likely leave an unused balance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish their hospitality reflected in their rooms and property overall
