$89 Cheap flight deals from Phoenix (PHX) to Liberty (MKC)

Our stay was a litany of disappointments starting with the mandatory $25 self parking outside in a paved parking lot which, btw, isn't mentioned anywhere on the Expedia website. Why am I paying $25 to park the car in a paved lot right next to empty fields? I would have parked in the empty field but I was not the person driving. I understand paying for valet parking but paying for the privalage to park park outside and transporting my luggage from the far end of the parking lot was not worth the $25 I paid to the hotel. We were just lucky it wasn't raining! What a rip off! The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the air conditioner was very loud. The TV was finicky and I finally gave up on that. The elevators were so slow that we were told to use the service elevator instead. Many other guests were heard complaining about the elevators. Restaurant food and drinks were plain and average, similar to what you buy at the grocery store. We had to eat at the bar because it was only reserved tables until 9 pm in the restaurant. There was no mention of the reservation requirement and no signs saying so. I guess you had to "be in the know" and reserve a table ahead of time. The live music was nice but they were situated in the hallway between the bar and restaurant...not even an alcove for the performers! Having worked in hospitality for many years, I know what it takes to make a guest happy and to keep them coming back. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this hotel.

The bathroom was slightly dusty (especially on top of the tissue box). The fridge was missing a foot and didn't work at first, but the staff helped turn it on.
