The hotel claims to be 4 star but it doesn’t provide conditioner, body lotion and other amenities ie iron and iron board and the safe was not operable. Staff needs to speak English better because only can communicate basic conversation properly. The rest cannot at all.

The staff was nice (Spoke English) and it was quiet. The only problem was the morning breakfast, especially the bacon was over cooked and tasted and felt like plastic. Also the aircon was not the greatest and did not blow enough cool air for the whole room, especially this time of year in Korea when it is super hot outside.
