Flights Review

Mar 18, 2018

During the flight, I took some pills (due to allergies). One of the last ones got stuck. I needed more water to wash it down. I waited quite some time for the flight attendant to check on us, but she seemed occupied with something. I finally rang the call button. Still no one came, so I went to ask. I found her sitting up front with the curtain close playing a video game with closed headphones on (which explains why she couldn't hear the call for help). Fortunately, it was just a little esophagus burn and not something worse. It seemed she was more preoccupied with getting to her game than providing premier service... Also, I was in the U.S. and tried the Premier phone numbers (both personal and corporate) for many hours. Both hung up the moment I got to the representative option. I did not have access to call the MX#. I finally called the regular US# (non-premier) and paid extra for the upgrade (because the representative said she could not honor the email offer I had received.
