I stayed for one night and chose the option to let the hotel select my room. I wanted to give it a try, and the room itself looked nice at first glance. However, there were several maintenance issues that affected my stay. There was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling was peeling, the windows had some type of gel-like residue on them, and the carpet was wet from the air conditioner.
Next time, I would choose my own room, and I would avoid staying in the Chelsea Tower.
