Flights Review

Jan 12, 2020

As a power wheelchair user, I appreciate the help I received from everyone.

Dec 20, 2019

seat is too narrow that my hip and the guy s hip were in contact during the whole flight! We are not obese.

Aug 4, 2019

Plane was late and staff at check in and staff on plane very helpful in stressful environment, I had a close connection and they answered all concerns quickly and courteous.

Jan 31, 2019

The flight attendant was awesome , so were the pilots

Nov 17, 2018

The only negative was valet check of luggage. I think they literally required every passenger with a carry on to valet check it. Interestingly enough, there was a ton of available overhead bin space once I was on board. The problem after landing was the entire jetway was lined with 50 or more passengers trying to get their luggage and it was a complete disaster!

Great flight

Aug 21, 2018

The flight was on time, which I really appreciated!

Your on-ground staff manning gate could have been a LOT friendlier. We get that they answer the same Qs all the time. Guess what? That is called good training in customer service. Some of us had been flying ALL DAY. Needs improvement.
