I met some really nice people sitting with me on the plane. We chatted and time flew by.
Minimal service. So not much to comment on. Limited interactions with staff, but all good.
The only thing concerned was the online checkin did not allow me to use my global entry access. I had to go through the regular line.
The major delay was not desirable. However, the food credit given shows you do care about your customers.
Arrived 20 minutes early too
And we got in 30 minutes early!
Great flight. And early!
One of the most uncomfortable business class seats ever made. The seat sloped away from the back making you have to readjust every 10 min. My thighs are sore from trying to hold myself in place. Otherwise everything else was fine.
