Flights Review

Dec 16, 2019

Only problem I had was no boarding passes or seat assigned when I checked in from IAD to Dublin and from Dublin to Newquay. Must have been a computer issue

Oct 11, 2019

Very relieved that the seat could recline.

Sep 29, 2019

The sound for the audio-visual system in the seats was very poor.

Sep 10, 2019

My seat back charger didn’t work, but other than that it was a good flight experience.

Jul 9, 2019

unfortunately I didn't receive a blanket, and at dinner I didn't receive plasticware

Jun 4, 2019

Pleasant experience

Dec 22, 2018

We did an upgrade and really didn’t notice the difference with other seats. Ideally flights should located families with kids in one area, there were way too many babies around us and it was a bit tedious. Staff should encourage parents to limit loud devices and kids standing up and picking though other people’s seats. I know it’s hard to ask but many passengers around us were unhappy with the situation.

Nov 14, 2018

Food was horrible. Either too salty, or tasteless. Entry choices were limited. Coffee was good.

Sep 10, 2018

Seats and leg room too small as is under seat area. I couldn’t get music to work.

Aug 24, 2018

Disappointed that conditions did not lend to sleeping. I am exhausted.
