Great pilot and flight attendants
I wish they wouldn't use so much one-time-use disposable plastics...
I would like to choose my seat before I check in.
Air Lingus is an excellent airlines. They sure know what's customer service!
Airline went bankrupt months ago and I didn't get notified, had to make last minute plans
The only thing that was weird was that when we were taking off and landing we were told we couldn’t have our blankets on our laps . Otherwise, the flight was smooth and comfortable.
I feel like we should have blankets on the long international flights. I was cold most of the flight. Otherwise okay.
Luggage at LAX took a long time to arrive, but it was promptly delivered to us in Dublin and Verona.
Our journey was amazing. My husband has a condition which makes traveling difficult. Thank you to Ser Lingus.
