This is a typical, large airport hotel. Set up for speed and efficiency rather than customer experience. All hotel information was only online with a QRcode. The website was inadequate. This hotel is fine for an overnight stay but would not recommend it for a full vacation.

Sterile and underwhelming. Automated check-in and checkout is convenient, but very impersonal. The location is convenient to the airport and the shuttle bus is a plus, but you’re stuck with the hotel restaurant as the only choice. Room amenities are lacking. It’s a basic hotel.

1 night stop before the airport next day. Hotel is convenient and looks well. Only let down would be the hotel staff. Very sharp responses to questions, didn’t feel they knew about the VIP Expedia benefits and at one point team member rolled their eyes when I asked a question. Restaurant food is average and very slow.

It was close to the airport and suited all of our needs. Staff was always polite on hand even during very busy times. Beautiful hotel and incredible breakfast available each day.

Check in staff and bar staff were excellent, waiter in the Italian Kitchen was excellent but the whole experience was let down by the attitude of the maitre'd in the Italian Kitchen when he realised we were ordering from the fixed price menu. We felt it put a damper on our evening.
