Very surprised with the whole trip. exceeded my expectations

Did not like that this airline charges you additional for EVERYTHING. An international flight should come with complimentary drinks, food, snacks. Over inflated prices too. $4 for soda or a tiny coffee, ridiculous. No pretzels, nothing. I’ve never seen an airline be so stingy.

Jan 20, 2018

Very sad, we were never offered anything to drink, not even water. They only had coffee and tea, both dehydrates you. You need water to be healthy. My seat 33d did not recline. 1/19 flight JQ4. But because the agents were no nice in Honolulu, we started off with a good positive feeling.
