Flights Review

Mar 18, 2020

The seats on all the planes were hard and uncomfortable. A flight of> 4 hours would be miserable

Aug 12, 2019

We had to wait 45 minutes for our baggage to get off the plane in Columbus. It was very disappointing and frustrating😠

Nov 9, 2018

No delays, no problems!

Sep 22, 2018

Not enough food choices on a long flight

Aug 25, 2018

overall couldn't be better

Aug 13, 2018

Got to watch a movie just had to have my ear phones

Jun 14, 2018

The only thing I didn't like was at the Appleton, WI Airport. The woman who checked us in and gave us our tickets, did not give us three tickets each we needed, as we had two layovers on the way home. If I hadn't checked our tickets and gone back to a different customer service rep, we wouldn't have noticed we were short the third ticket for Philly to Albany.

Mar 26, 2018

Both flights were ahead of schedule!!

Mar 17, 2018

Trip went smoothly except for a one hour delay at the last connection.

Mar 15, 2018

Great not to have to fight for bin space because they took our bags at gate and gave them at landing.
