Since I am always number 9, there is NEVER bin space for my very small bag. Mostly men have a LARGER than my suitcase "personal item" and they NEVER put it under the seat. ONE BIN SPACE per person would make AA more customer friendly.
Almost missed 2nd flight as first one was 35 min. late.
Everything went great
The flight attendant let folks move to open seats making some rows less crowded/more comfortable made flight less miserable. Seats are so cramped....
Roomy seats(economy class) compared to other major airlines
Very helpful with changing our flight
Traffic backed up in Chicago, wish the economy seats had chargers for phones, but otherwise good experience.
The pilot did a very rough landing. Reminded me of my last Delta flight.
Some parts of the interier of the plane seemed old/unkept, a unfastened trim piece by my foot and water/moisture dripped on the girl in front of me. Seemed cheap, but got me where i was going.
Did not appreciate the extra charge for baggage!
Wish United would catch up with their competitors on allowing a carry on for economy. I flew American a month ago and they did in fact change this policy. If I wanted to be nickeled and dimes for everything, I would fly Spirit, which I don’t. I like flying United, but your policies are pushing me towards competitors
