We came to this property for a dance competition. The event had rooms blocked for the week but did not have enough for the first 2 nights of the event. Therefore, we booked the first 2 nights through Expedia. The hotel would not honor the group rate nor would they honor the special rate for the resort fees or parking. As a result, my hotel cost for the first 2 nights were almost as much as it cost for the 4 nights I booked through the event rate. Also the hotel was not staffed to host this large event. There were room service carts sitting in the hallway for more than 24 hours before they were taken away. The lobby restaurant bar was not staffed for the amount of people that attended the event. We waited over 30 mins to place an order and an additional hour to get the food and drinks we ordered. Despite the room being nice, I will never come back to this hotel.
