The property is close to train, so it's convenient to get into town. The only draw back was that restaurant wasn't open during the day. No lunch. In room no facecloth to was your face.

I disliked being automatically signed up for Radisson Rewards Member without being asked by the staff beforehand. She only told me I will get my invoice online. But she didn’t tell me she has made me a Radisson member without asking me for my agreement to it. I would have given One Star rating but I didn’t want the rating to drag down the other good staff performances.

Water leaking in to room from shower. Bed sheets were dirty. Scrapped walls, which could look new with a touch of paint. Clogged Sinks for handwash. No body lotion in the bottles. Cigarette smell every where. Poorly managed property. Untrained and lazy staff. Mistook this property for Radisson Blu across the airport. Never going back to this one.

Great staff. The room was unique, with the shower right next to the bed — so make sure you’re not sharing it with someone you’re not close to! I found a couple of hairs, one in the sink and another on the bed. There’s a McDonald’s right next door, which is very convenient when you’re on a layover and don’t have time to go out for dinner.

Great base for our stay in Zurich! Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room had all amenities required for our stay. A very nice breakfast with lots of choice! Having a restaurant and bar at the hotel was also very convenient with also a McDonald’s literally next door and across the road there’s a supermarket, clothes store and cafe. Very easy access to public transport- 2 minute walk across the road for a bus which goes to/from the airport or to the train station. 10 minute walk to the train station for a short trip into Zurich!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The interior was very poor, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The water kettle was dirty, and there was leaking water from the bathroom that reached the bedroom floor. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as slippers or toothpaste, which are expected from a property claiming to be four stars. Honestly, this hotel would be acceptable only if it were rated as a one-star property. Since it is advertised as four stars, we feel completely misled and would like to request a refund for our stay.
