Breakfast was better than I thought it was going to be. The check in staff were amazing! Gave us tips on how to get to places in Zurich and made sure we understood how to get back to the hotel as well.

We had a great time from check in to check out It was close and convenient to get to the airport. We had an issue hooking up our apple box. Called the front desk for help, they sent up maintenance. Marcin Gasiorowski came in under two minutes, had the issue fixed in no time. He was wonderful! We will be back for sure

This is a great hotel if you are getting on a flight. Not the best if you want to explore the city center. We had an unfortunate situation where the room below us had a water leak. In the middle of the night our room slowly started to heat up. When we woke up the floor was so hot we thought they turned the heat on in July. When we called down to reception, they said everything was fine but i asked to have our AC looked at. 2 hrs later someone showed up and told us it was because the room under us has hot fans running all night to dry the room out from the water leak. We left shortly after this. No compensation was offered to us.
