Good location if you want to stay close to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Easy check in and helpful staff. Really close to supermarkets and fast food restaurants.

We really liked that the location of the hotel since it was close to the Airport plus the train station with a bus connection right across the hotel entrance. The room design is slightly weird with the shower area structured weirdly. Do carry your charger converters if you don't have a Swiss/EU supported charger since these converters were limited and we luckily got it.

Hotel bad with communications. They didn’t answer multiple emails. The phone number goes to the restaurant which is closed so impossible to get through to reception. Shuttle pickup instructions not clear. Most unfriendlydriver on shuttle on way back 10CHF each and he wouldn’t help with bags. Room view was of solar panels and exhaust tower of McDonald’s next door. Weirdest bathroom layout. Shower is a circular structure 1 m from bed so drying off means standing dripping and naked in the middle of the room. Need to feel very comfortable with travel companion! Wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend.

Super rude.. made us go back to reception, huge queue, to buy extra tickets for 8 /9 year old kids- risking late arrivals to all passengers.. when it’s fraction to take public transport.. reception knew this- but still charged us.. a complete joke

The hotel is away from the city and about 15min away from the airport. It was very nice however, in July it was very hot with no relief from the heat in the room, lobby or restaurant. The room was a nice size, comfy beds but pillows were way too soft. The breakfast was very delicious. The airport shuttle is an extra cost but very convenient.

The hotel was great overall. It was connected to a McDonald’s and had a restaurant in the hotel, which was a decent spot after a long day of touring. Though our room was muggy and didn’t ever really cool down, we had space to move around.

Not what I was hoping for

AC inadequate ( although weather was warmer than usual). No body gel in the shower ( only shampoo and conditioner), no spare roll of toilet paper - ran out). There’s a strange placement of the shower cylinder in the room, with no privacy outside of it - awkward for sharing with other than a partner. A simple curtain would help. Free shuttle pickup, but had to pay to be taken to the airport.

Uncomfortable stay

We decided to book his hotel due to the proximity to the airport, convenience of the shuttle, and due to the A/C to give us a break from staying in Airbnbs with dry/hot climates. We were significantly disappointed (as well as another family as well) when we landed at the airport and could not get in contact with the airport for the shuttle service and was told by an airport official that the shuttle would not be available for another hour and a half. If there is a schedule listed somewhere, it should be added onto the hotel website or noted within an email post booking. After scrambling to get an Uber, we arrived at our room and turned on the A/C and quickly realized that the vents were located by the door and that it would be impossible to cool down the room with the basically nonexistent air flow that was most likely just cooling down the ceiling. We were hopeful that it would cool down throughout the day into the evening, however that did not happen. We had to sleep on top of our blankets with our window open and it still didn’t help. Just overall frustrating and we will not be returning.
