Good for staying before a flight. So annoying no hair dryer in the room, called the service line and no one answered so had to traipse down to the lobby to ask for someone to bring me a blow dryer.

Unfortunately, I paid for an add on offered to me just a few days before my stay by Radisson. I purchased a breakfast take away bag for 2 days, and paid for an upgraded room facing the country. I didnot receive the upgraded room, and also had cancelled my breakfast when I was there early in the morning of my first day. I was too jet lagged. They acknowledged all of this at Reception, and told me there were no extra charges. They also agreed that I did not receive a room upgrade if I was facing the parking lot. After I left, a bill appeared from Expedia showing I was charged for all three of these items. As of yet, no one has made this right. I will pursue a fair refund when I return home for the extra charge for something I did not get.

Hotel has a shuttle bus from airport, half hourly at 20 & 50 minutes past the hour, roughly outside arrival area 1. 10-15 minute ride, 1st stop of 4 or 5 hotels. Hotel is clean, rooms are excellent, restaurant clean and very easy to find. Shower is excellent, plenty of towels, tea and coffee making facilities in room, couldn’t work out the coffee machine so used the kettle.

Stay in Zurich closer to the train station. It is much easier to get to the airport from the Zurich old town than from this hotel. Too little dining options and nothing to do around this hotel and it is not convenient to get to either. Avoid staying here.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It was sagged down into the middle. Terrible to sleep on. There was a dead fly in the bathroom. No coffee pot (only instant coffee). No fridge. Have to pay for airport shuttle and the driver didn't speak a word. He was reluctant to even put my bag in the car. Get dropped off inbetween the 2 terminals and gives no instructions. On check in staff was not very attentive or communicative. On the positive side, it was surprisingly quiet. Would not recommend it.
