This was my second stay at the Chesa Valese and I was equally impressed both times with the hospitality from the staff who were helpful and super courteous. Breakfast was awesome every day and the spa area with the sauna and steam room were enjoyed daily! Thanks again and see you next time.

Fantastic location minutes from the center and easy to get to. The breakfast was amazing and the staff super. We had the alpine view double and it was spacious and great view of the Matterhorn! Definitely would come back!

Clean rooms! Lovely balcony- we choose the room with the view to the Matterhorn and it did not disappoint in the morning and day and night! Bedroom and bathroom are modern. Best breakfast lay out and the coffee perfect! Best coffee in the whole trip! Staff friendly and helpful! Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, short walk to the ski lifts of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Amazing views and rid up there for both skiers and non- skiers! Complimentary electric shuttle to hotel from train and return.

Very nice hotel in downtown Zermatt. They came to pick us up @ the train station which was nice. Early check in and helpful with dinner reservations. Room is small but cozy and efficient. Everything you need. Downstairs is very Swiss. The spa is a great extra bonus.

Perfect night in Zermatt

The staff were amazing - super friendly and super helpful. The woman who checked us in (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) provided lots of useful information and helped us to plan a perfect day in the mountains. Everything in the hotel is super cute (heart themed) and the breakfast was great. We could not have been happier with our stay.
