The room was nice the hotel was nice, everything was nice really but went a whole day without water, no shower and running toilet and i am from out of state so it is not like i could go to a family members house to hangout ubtil they got the water back on. So i had to leave every time i need to use the bathroom. That is the only thing that was wrong with my stay! Everything else was nice, it is convenient to other places.

They had no hot water- that’s what they told me when I checked in. It was really late because I had driven all day and was exhausted. So I stayed anyway because I thought that there would be at least cold water. Not even cold water. The stairs were covered in snow and it was hard to walk up without slipping.

Room was non smoking with smoker smell and it didn’t smell like it had been cleaned. They really need to reface the rooms. Was not a comfortable stay for my 3 nights. Was gonna go to Motel 6

I got this place because they advertised a hot breakfast. Complete scam, it was literally a coffee pot and a toaster. Nothing else. I checked in one day and there was underwear laying on the sidewalk in front of the main door. When I checked out two days later it was still there.

The person at the front desk tried to double charge me had to show him on my banking app that I had already paid for the room thru Travelocity the room was ok but sheets were stained there was no blanket on the bed only a bed spread and a flat sheet the bathtub had a dirt ring around it .
