Check in went very smooth. We came from the train station and found out that while it's not owned by Best Western, there is a shuttle that could be provided to bring you back to the train station. So that's what we opted to do. The staff provided all the contact to the shuttle service. Also, even though the continental breakfast doesn't officially start until six they had food there for us at 4:30 AM. Totally outstanding! Rooms were clean and orderly. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Average rest stop for people traveling with dogs

The room was clean but the low score comes from how much dog poop was all over the property. This is probably more on dog owners traveling with their pups but when we went to take out our dog to do her business, I was shocked at every inch of grass and gravel being covered by dog poop. The entry ways also smelled like poop from people tracking it in. I would hope the hotel would help mitigate this issue.
