Located in the city core, in a family-friendly area close to a grade school and a playground. Lots of street parking available and a back yard.

House rules:
No Smoking/Vaping/e-cigarettes allowed inside the unit. There will be a $1,000 fee for smoking in the unit.
- When available early check-in or late check-out will be $35 per hour. This needs to be requested and approved beforehand.

We had an unpleasant experience at your newly renovated apartment. The interior looks good but with flaw for three reasons:*Our five nights were disturbed by the gnats flying around the apartment. We tried to locate their breeding spot but to no avail. And I think the trash and trash cans placed beside the house might be the culprit.*The bathroom looks good until when you want to use it. It could not drain the water well and the bathtub spout was not attached well to the wall. Bathtub needs replaced.*There was only a window Air conditioner placed at dinning room and a standing fan to serve the entire apartment in the temperature of about 90F. The air could not reach the 3-bedroom, especially the far room away from the kitchen, it was terrible.Our five nights were terrible trying to kill all the gnats flying. The bedsheets at the master room were terrible, though we brought our own sheets and the house towels were look bleached. It was a terrible and unpleasant nights. I will find it difficult to recommend the it.
