It was so hot in the room i couldnt sleep When i complained they fidnt even have a fan to ofger us I didnt sleep at all and of course after dpecifically booking a ground floorr room i was o 2nd gfloor I waa liex to by reservationist that the Caa discoubt would be added when i checkex in. Never again will our group of 10 rooms stay here again .

NO ELEVATOR! Room wasnt ready at 3:45pm, when avail it was not clean(hair in the bathroom) Black Mold in the toilet tank, prepared a new room and told us not to touch anything in our current room while waiting! housekeeping only made beds, no new towels, didnt even remove the ones heaped on the counter, didnt empty garbage. final straw housekeeper walked into our room(while knocking) and stared at me in my Pajamas..just stared! told me ckout was at 11am...but it was 10am. Manager was not onsite and eventually called us to basically tell us we lied about the whole thing!! This management team is interested in your $$ not providing a service or their reputation. So if you want to be called a Liar, stay in a room where the plastic on the mattresses is outdone by the lumpy pillows and xtra blankets covered in pill then you will fit right in with the pot smoking, pet smuggling guests that we also encountered during our stay.

Clean rooms. Clean restaurant. Staff goes above and beyond. Looking forward to my next stay. Pool is in a nice private area in the back. Great place for Families. I am looking forward to my visit next week.

Room was basic. Smelt like mould. Toilet stopped working and took a day before it was repaired. Pillows were lumpy. Mattress was uncomfortable and crunchy (I’m guessing from the plastic mattress cover). They ran out of towels when they cleaned our room and we didn’t get new ones until 6pm.

This hotel is truly disgusting. The cleaners don't know the meaning of that word. A previous guests left garbage under the bed spread and its probably still there now. I would bet that if i ever went back there would still be dust and dirt where the microwave sits too. Over all between the hotel appearance the smell of weed in the halls and the dirty room you could get the same ambiance if you slept on the sidewalk.

We reserved a double queen room and the room itself was great: large TV, super fast Internet, a fridge and a microwave. And that's where the niceties ended. When we went to use the TV, we found there was no remote. My wife headed down to the front desk and the clerk gave her one. It wouldn't work as one of the spring connectors for the battery was missing. My wife came back with another one. This wouldn't work either. No lights on the remote lit up, so I assumed it had dead batteries. I took the remote down and asked for new batteries. I was told they didn't have any. She gave me the last remote she had and told me that it lit up so it must work. It didn't. My wife said, "That was the one same remote someone else turned in because it didn't work." We gave up at that point. When we arrived, I asked the front desk clerk to book a cab to pick us up at 4:45 a.m. as we had a 6 a.m. flight. I double checked with her before we went to bed, around 9:45 and she reassured me that the cab was booked. When we showed up in the lobby at 4:45 a.m., expecting to find a cab ready to take us to the airport, the clerk on duty told us nothing had been booked, that they couldn't book one until requested to do so in the morning. If that is the case, why were we not told the previous evening? As it turns out, we made the plane, but it was stress we did not need. To add to the bad experience in this Travelodge, we kept getting woken up by loud guests in the next room - we assume that's where they were, but it sure sounded like they were in our room as we could clearly hear their conversations and rowdy laughter. In fairness to the hotel, we didn't report them. The point is, though, that there is virtually nothing in the walls to stop noises from one room to the next. Upon our arrival at the motel that afternoon, it was disconcerting that a police cruiser had blocked the back entrance and an officer was viewing CCTV coverage of the halls, then pounding on a door, two doors down from our room. This was not Travelodge's fault, but unnerving just the same. It was just a bad experience all round.

The hotel is very close to Windsor airport. The area of the town is OK - mostly industrial/commercial. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was reasonable - only they didn't have any fruit. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I had a good one night rest here. I would definitely stay here again.

great place too stay very friendly close to restaurants close to airport 15 mins away from casino outside pool very clean maids where very helpful when they had to clean room breakfast was good coffee great

If you are looking for friendly staff, clean accommodations then this little Gem of a hotel is for you. Added bonus was a pool and you cannot beat the price. We didn't know the Windsor area at all, so the only thing I can say is it was a bit far from the venue we were attending that evening, but nothing a cab ride couldn't cure. Would definitely stay there again. Actually we are planning to in the near future.

WE were in town to connect with friends and family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helpful. We were aware they had a pool, but it looked lovely and next time we will make use of it.
