The room was okay. The buildings look really nice on the outside but the rooms need updating. One of the biggest disappointments was that we booked for a full kitchen and they didn’t have one available. We had brought food that needed an oven so we used what we had and made it work. Lastly, there was a mix up with the dates of booking. I had to contact the booking agent for them to contact the property. The individual on the phone was very short and rude. Thankfully, the booking agent spoke with them and was able to get everything worked out.

Staff was too pushy with a timeshare sales meeting. Even after I said no to it, they calld our room the next day to try to talk me into it. Upstairs neighbors were awful - noisy, drunk, etc. Not VV's fault, but beware that's the kind of people who go there.

Hot tub was hot and clean! Staff was very nice and helpful, great features in the condos, well appointed. Loved the text message communication and check in was the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced! I followed the link to check out, but could not figure out how to checkout. I was able to communicate via text to resolve the issue. Condo could be updated, but I would come back and recommend to others!
