We rented 4 units and 2 of them did not have bedding for the pull out couch. I asked at check in to make sure it would be available. They said to let them know if it wasn't in the unit. I went back to the checkin desk to report tbe 2 units that lacked the bedding. It was not there when we returned in the evening. Went back to front office but they were already closed and no posted number to call. So the next morning i went back reportinv the whole story. The guy entered the request again and i was assurred the 2 units would be delivered the needed bedding---never happened. On checkout i asked for some kind of discount for this and was told she could not do that.

The bed was the most uncomfortable “king” bed I have ever slept in. Was a small king, more like a queen, the sheets were not the right size. The “queen” size sofa couch was extremely small and uncomfortable. The kitchen was extremely small and useless. The bathtub had no water pressure and didn’t drain. The jets didn’t work either. Overall not impressed. The check in staff was wonderful and very helpful at check in though.

Great location, rooms were fine. Only complain was flooring was filthy dirty. My granddaughters feet were black after walking around for 10 mins. They need to mop - no just sweep the floors. Staff was very nice.

The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying on the resort and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered me is our newbies in the bottom were really loud and didn’t care to be quiet. After a long day at Busch gardens we just wanted to sleep but got woken up multiple times my the noise.

Excellent. The only problem i had was the down pillows and duvet...although very comfortable im allergic to down.

The 1 bedroom cottage was perfect for a romantic getaway. It was clean, quiet, safe and close to many attractions. I will definitely stay here again.
